  • Recognised UK Accountancy Qualification ACA, CIMA, CIPFA

Experience and Track Record

  • Proven track record of senior financial management, including significant treasury management experience
  • Knowledge of funding sources and the ability to network effectively with potential funders
  • Experience of developing and implementing business plans and other related planning documents
  • Experience of stress testing business plans and related documents
  • Experience of managing risk management models and processes
  • Experience of assessing the strategic financial risks of all Group Partnerships
  • Experience of the strategic management of a Company Pension Scheme is desirable
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislative frameworks, regulatory requirements, professional standards and best practice relevant to the post
  • Experience of the overall leadership of an ICT team is desirable
  • Track record of developing effective and high quality financial and customer services in a changing and dynamic environment
